  If you are expecting the luxurious executive 2 bed apartment as pictured on the internet you'll be in for a shock. Flat 56 is a very tired, dirty, under maintained, dangerous and basic 2 bedroom apartment. The owners are unresponsive to my compliments via email and text and refuse to answer my telephone calls. The carpets are stained and worn, some door handles were broken, the doors to outside from the bedrooms were not secure and one door handle missing, the gap was blocked with tissue to try and prevent breeze, there was wee in the toilet upon our arrival, fridge was dirty, I could go on.

  Tired apartments with broken fixings and windows. Erratic check in and company hard to deal with (cant do basic maths when adding up the cost of two apartments). Did not send invoice either. Cutlery was dirty and left in the dishwasher. Windows badly need replacing as the seals are broken and very drafty. Noisy rumblings at night so not quiet either. Furniture was ripped and knackered so not a pleasant stay, risky paying 250 GBP deposit on such a damaged property...

  Before arriving you are asked to call 30 minutes beforehand so they can arrange for someone to met you. We were met by a boy (could not have been 18), all he was instructed to do was have us sign in and provide the key. We approached him in the lobby after we were unsuccessfully at re-ringing the number we had called earlier. It either went to message bank or the one time they answered they hung up when we said the apartment had not been cleaned. The apartment was filthy. We asked for it to be cleaned (via email and to the boy) and all they did was vacuum the floors. Walls, furniture, surfaces, everything was dirty. As were the cutlery and crockery. We had to clean the kitchen, toilet and bathroom ourselves so we could use them. There were also no tea towels. A washer/dryer is provided in the apartment, but the laundry liquid drawer was full of gunky laundry powder that was baked in. I spent considerable time cleaning it out so that we could use it. We asked via email for the password to the 'free wifi', it was never provided. They did not reply to our email (sent on a Saturday) until 6 nights later. The reply stated; "We hope everything has been resolved". No mention of wifi passwords or the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the apartment. The apartment was stiflingly hot and we had to take the curtain rod off its hooks to open the bedroom window (only possible because I am tall). We had to buy our own toilet paper, dish detergent and cleaning cloths, nothing was supplied. They only provided one key to the building when we needed two because we were doing separate things. I spent the first day of our seven days there cleaning to a standard that was acceptable . Definitely not recommended. If I could I would give it no stars. Very disappointed.

  對於去Excel的客人是很好的位置，但 Check-in 極之不便!只靠電話與服務員聯絡，而且不容易有人接通!
