  I have been a resident in Catalina House, Goodman Fields (Berkeley Homes) for 8 months. Do not be fooled by the aesthetic finish to the flats - this is a new complex with serious teething issues. As I write this review there is no running water whatsoever (hot or cold) in any of the flats - this is the latest in a very long line of issues that have dogged our stay since we moved in. Others (by no means exhaustive) include: - regular hot water outages (earlier this month I had 4 freezing showers in 3 days). - alarm on adjacent (Berkeley Homes) building site regularly setting off - one weekend this rang continuously all day. - poor quality on many components - shower dial came off in my hand on a very early use. I urge anyone thinking about moving in to seriously reconsider until Berkeley Homes have proven they have got on top of the issues that are currently plaguing this development.
