  I took my cartier watch into Berrys a few weeks back to see if they could send it away to have scratches and a big dint looked at. I wasn't expecting a lot due to the severe nature of the damage to the watch. They informed me they could send it to Leeds. An in-house operation which would be cheaper, quicker and recommended by the sales lady. Well..... the watch looks brand new I cannot believe how Berry's have transformed my watch. Unbelievable!!!

  One of the best customer service around. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming regardless of how much you spend. I have had several dealings with this store and each time it has been a positive experience.

  Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I purchased a Seamaster from Matteo who was excellent. Will definitely use them again if I need another watch

  Recently acquired a speedmaster from the Nottingham store, I have to say what a pleasant experience. From enquiry to collection I dealt with Matteo and he was polite, professional and stuck to his promise. All the staff were welcoming and the store was presented nicely. I will deal with them again, especially Matteo. Thanks chaps
