  Staff are really friendly. Food we had for wedding tasting was fantastic. So glad we're getting married here!

  Loved it... Grand by name.. Grand by nature. Attended wedding here and everything was great.. The ballroom is fantastic.. Excellent staff... Clean toilets..food delicious.. Lovely

  Breakfast really good but with that exception this is a pretty terrible hotel. The hotel was almost empty on a July weekend and I can understand why. Our room looked nothing like the photos and had a small and dirty bathroom (room 208) and a very unattractive view over the car park. We'd paid for an executive room and given the low occupancy they could have given us something better if they had it. When I arrived the laundry van had pulled up to the front entrance and there were loads of dirty laundry bags just scattered over the front steps and the lobby. ugh.
