  We stayed at this hotel on Saturday when we were attending the boxing in cardiff. The room rate was by far the cheapest I had found. The reception staff were helpful in ordering our taxis, the rooms were absolutely spot on, clean, lovely decor and the evening manager Adam was lovely. A credit to the hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

  We had an overnight stay at the Best Western Pontypool and were very pleased with our stay. It was our first visit to a Best Western and our greeting was both professional and friendly. The rooms were smart and clean with everything you needed provided. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely use Best Western again.

  This isn't like most Best Westerns I have used. It is more like a normal modern hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Entryway and halls are very well presented (could have done without the near nuclear hot heating curtain as I walked in tho! Lol). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food, while basically a microwave meal, is good and tasty. Been several times, favorite place to stay in that area.
