  Great staffs I like go to this shop, first reason because the quality of staff honestly!!! Always helping you incase you need help, very helpful all of them. But dog food just expensive..... I don't will buy food from this shop. Food is a good quality but not that for the prices.... Dogs stuffs very nice and considerable price for the good quality

  Visited yesterday for the first time after getting our little pup Lola a week or so ago. Amazing staff, so lovely and helpful. We got given a free sample of their natural food, which Lola seems to love!! We will 100% be visiting again, they really seem to care about dogs!

  I was recommended to Betty & Butch and dropped them an email outlining a problem I had with Rosie, I received an email back almost immediately and after a telephone call I ordered her food, It arrived the following day and Rosie wolfed it down, Its been the first time in 5 years that this has happened. Absolutely delighted, Can not fault this company for its communication, its product or its delivery process, Highly recommended.

  Great store, fabulous staff, always willing to help and give advice if asked. Really good natural treats and food. My dogs love this store as do I.
