  Seriously the Worst letting agent in the world. Rude and arrogant (especially when you need help to fix the washing machine); Wrong information (which makes you overpay to unnecessary things); Sloppy management; Terrible end-of-tenancy service; Unreasonable deduction of deposit; and no one cares about your complaint.
