::Prices are a bit much. Adults have to pay but aren't always allowed to go round with the children. £1.70 for a doughnut with all the icing on the actual wrapper. The advertising photo for the soft play was for a big rocket type thing on the ceiling to go on. Which actually wasn't there for the kids to go on. Staff seems rather hostile. But the kids very much enjoyed there trip there.

::such an improvement from when I went 2 years ago. more spacious, nicer entrance & a lot cleaner. staff were all friendly. love the manager came and had a chat (nice personal touch) love children can run around freely with friends. a really nice atmosphere and great you can also join - more fun and equally as tiring as the gym ☺

::We had a great time at big sky. My daughter loved every second in the under 2 play area and the "bigger" kids area had some fantastic stuff for my eldest. Would definitely recommend a visit here if you're stuck for something to do with the kids.

::Actual play equipment was great, well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the staff let the experience down. Despite lots of staff being around service was slow on entry, when ordering food and beverages and when waiting to exit. On entering we explained that additional family members would be joining us later yet despite us paying for them when we entered the reception seemed to have no awareness of them when they arrived. We waited an hour for food which then was served incorrectly. Maybe you need to look at the skill mix of staff on shift and on a long term plan look at increasing training for staff

::We have always travelled to get here past our local soft play centers for years. After the refurbishment. I think that will change. Don't get me wrong, if you never went to the old one, the new one is fine... but that's pretty much all. It has turned into exactly every other bog standard soft play that there is. Yes I am sure it's safe and new and colourful. But anything that made it appealing and unique before has been stripped away to the point that to parents that travel to get there, don't bother, go to your local ones and pay less. However it is a convenient and predictable experience for the local families. Whilst there it seemed that many parents were also still sharing in the disappointment about the changes too. Staff are very happy and polite. However many chat among themselves which means Service is slow and floors/toilets are messy, hence the 2* rather than a bog average 3*. Shame, we wish them the best of luck in their future trade.
