  Stored my stock here for 5 months. Staff are borderline competent and kept getting deliveries wrong. Some were incredibly arrogant, rude and even dishonest requiring an education in customer service. Plenty of other self storage to choose from in Brighton. Avoid this one at all cost.

  I use the Big Yellow storage Brighton on a commercial basis for my business. I am overwhelmed by the professional service that they constantly deliver. The parcel collection service is worth its wait in gold to me. I work on the road and I now no longer have to wait in for my deliveries: meaning that I can get on with my work, knowing that my parcels will be received and held in a safe place for me. All the staff are very professional and friendly and staff moral is great. I would completely recommend the Big Yellow from a commercial point of view. Having the Big Yellow to store my business has made my home a home again and I can switch off from work when I go home which has been invaluable to me.
