After taking my bike to three other bike shops (including 2 different Evans) to get a creaking bottom bracket fixed... these guys finally fixed the problem that nobody else could. Quick turnaround and very very helpful. Very friendly service and did a great job. Definitely recommend!!

::The first time I brought my bike to the store, everything went smoothly. I had just been hit by a car and the frame was bent. The service was great and it got sorted out in almost no time, providing me with a crash report so I could claim the money back from the driver. This was almost a year ago. I went to the store again a couple of weeks ago, to buy a new stem, cut down the seat post and do a general service to it. I can only describe the service I received as appalling. One of the clerks told me to come pick up my bike on Wednesday and I pointed out I wouldn't be able to come around any time before the weekend and he said that that shouldn't be a problem and my bike would be ready. When I arrived at the store on Saturday I was told the stem was fitted and that it shouldn’t take long. After this I could hear sawing sounds, probably from cutting down the seat post, when all of this should’ve already been done at least three days before. What should’ve been a 5 minutes trip to the store ended up lasting for 1 hour and a half. Finally I got my bike, and despite the waiting I was quite happy since it seemed to fit me much better. To my dismay, when I started riding it back home, the chain set made an awful noise when on the higher gears, so I proceeded to go back to the store. I was informed that this was a defect of my chain set and couldn't be fixed, after I proceeded to point out that the noise wasn't there before my bike entered the shop a week before, they fixed this apparently unsolvable problem. Overall, Bike Plus has gone from a store I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a bike or anything cycling related to one I actively try to talk people out of visiting for anything. On top of that, they do not seem to care too much about clients not being satisfied since I made them aware of this a week ago and no one from the store has contacted me.
