  Outside the station it might be great when it is finished. At the moment, though, it is bleak and without attraction

  This station is a lot quieter than New Street and the building is lovely. Definitely worth a visit.

  There should be a waiting room It is good to maintain historic look but facilities should be better The food stall inside is quite expensive

  This historic station is definitely worth choosing to travel to than the modern New street station which is terribly busy. This station is located in a brilliant spot right in the centre of Birmingham. Services are limited to a coffee shop and there’s only a drop off bay in terms of car parking. But still a lovely station.

  A nice station in the middle of the city centre. Has some small shops. An indoor seating area. Less busy than New Street station. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there isn’t easy access car parking at this station.
