  Less ticket barriers unlike, New Street where it's ticket barrier city, simple platform layout and less coffee shops which charge ridiculous prices for a cup of coffee and the station doesn't choke you with noxious fumes. Friendly Staff on trains and on platforms.

  Look fantastic, I love the sign board everywhere, it's a Victorian style.

  Beautful old train station in the center of birmingham. Right next to the bullring too. I use it a few times and it's always clean and full of staff who will help you. This station has bathrooms and one atm with a Whsmith too.
