  I'm afraid after going here for several years, this place has now become shambolic and the quality the same way. Bad service in no less than 3 different branches I've visited. Now I've learnt they use cake mix; a cheap manner to make cakes. Now what I tend to do is go to the place opposite in sparkhill and spend more money on quality cakes and service= a good philosophy in my opinion.

  Their cakes are sooooo mouthwatering and delicious
