::Black Auto Group have provided the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. They took payment for a car 8 weeks before I found out that they had not even placed the order. They lied to me throughout the whole process and wouldn't initially give my deposit back. They finally agreed to pay my deposit back and only paid part of it back. They are a disgrace to the Car Leasing Industry and I would advise that nobody ever uses them. I would be embarrassed if I was them. As far as I'm concerned, taking a deposit and not providing the service is theft and I will be reporting them to the BVRLA.
