  I ordered a part from Black Country giving them my address and debit card details. 4 working days later I still had not received the part so I gave them a call only to be told that the part was not in stock. The very least I would have expected was a phone call to inform me of this as I was waiting for a part which was never going to arrive. Credit due, the chap who explained this to me did apologize and admitted the mistake. Quite a frustrating experience none the less.
