  A very pleasant honest to goodness pub Good beer and good food and genuinely so It is what it is and i would heartily commend it!

  Delicious food, great ales. Would highly recommend. The rooms are quaint with a cosy feel.

  The staff and other patrons (who seemed to be locals) were all absolutely lovely, especially Tom who was serving behind the bar. He made us feel very welcome and even entertained us with some "dad-joke"/"terrible" puns 😂 The food was all delicious and they happily accommodated my "awkward" dietary needs.

  A lovely location nice clean room. Really friendly pub offering great food with a lot of ingredients locally sourced. Breakfast was great set me up for day. Staff were excellent

  Great pub really friendly staff and also other customers. Unfortunately we were too late to order food but staff and customers again really helpful in guiding us to somewhere nearby. Will definitely visit again and must add the adjoining b n b rooms look very inviting 10/10 from me and my partner both
