  Wife always gets her eyebrows done there by Jodie has been going there years she won't go any where else

  I popped in to get my eyebrows shaped and I was very happy with the results. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating when i asked if i could get additional treatments at the time. I shall definately be going back!

  what should have been a relaxing experience, was a total nightmare. Very poor equipment meant that I was left for over an hour in a very uncomfortable position, lay flat on my back with my legs hanging off the edge of the bed, while having a pedicure. I was not expecting to have to lie on a travel bed when in a so called professional spa. Very unpleasant experience and definately would not go back again. As for actual treatment - well I do wonder what qualifications the beautician actually had - if she calls that a luxury pedicure, then may I suggest that she goes and does some market research to find out what it should be like. A lot of money for nothing special - very disappointing.

  What can I say, I popped in without an apointment to get my eyebrows shaped and I was very happy with the results and have since been back for further treatments. The staff are welcoming, the salon is clean and not intimidating like some trendy salons are. I can't recommend Bliss highly enough. (review written by Pete's wife not Pete)
