  Interflora let me down at 06.30 on Valentine's day morning by emailing me stating they could no longer deliver flowers to my girlfriend's work. I phoned blooms and spoke to a lovely woman who stated unfortunately they were fully booked out for delivery that day. I explained my situation and she straight away said she would sort it out for me - something she didn't have to do. She managed to arrange the exact same flowers I had ordered on interflora and got them delivered that same day to my girlfriend's work and she loved them! Top quality service and really dug me out of a hole. Will be my go to florist from now on.

  I just received Easter flowers after winning the Easter competition. Beautiful yellow and blue with tiny eggs in it. Just stunning and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

  I wanted to pick up a simple bouquet of roses for Valentines and I specifically asked the florist for no tackiness or obvious Valentines gimmicks. When I came back later to pick the flowers up they were wrapped in cheap love heart covered plastic with a stupid red bow tying them together. I asked the florist if she could wrap them in a simple brown paper but she proceeded to physically wrap the flowers up in the brown paper like a present. Disappointed and embarrassed - likely the same feelings my girlfriend will feel tomorrow.
