::Let Down by poor administration, no cohesion between doctor's secretaries for appointment bookings etc. Customer service on this front is horrible, unprofessional would be the best description. However the medical staff were fantastic and very Professional.

::NHS refused me treatment for a life threatening problem. i was forced to go private. I am very pleased with the process at Albyn, all staff were excellent and the outcome was better than expected. The room was a bit dated but i was only in for a couple of days. the follow up consultations every couple of months were part of the initial price. yes it was expensive but very much worth it. I now look forward to the future instead of dreading it.

::Described as a 'leading provider' and after listening on hold for approx 20 mins about how amazing, professional, caring and brilliant BMI healthcare is I am greatly disappointed! After an initial assessment of my injury I was sent for an MRI scan. I was told the results were to take about 2 weeks, I would be sent a review appointment and my injury would be addressed. Approximately 2 months down the line I am STILL waiting for any kind of results/review. (If I was told this initially, it would not be a problem). Meantime I've experienced 2 highly unprofessional phone calls from someone I consider rude, unhelpful, uninterested and who quite frankly should not be working in a customer service role. There was no apology for the circumstances and these circumstances are apparently somehow my fault. The response has not only left me shocked and frustrated but as a patient with an injury, very disappointed. This is not how patients should be treated and the customer service I have received from one particular individual has been a disgrace.
