  They failed to actually log my booked appointment for travel vaccines onto their system, and didn't even contact me, so I came all that way for nothing. Not only that, but they had even run out of the required vaccine anyway and also failed to contact me about that. A complete waste of time and money getting there!

  Shop is nice and big, but I do think it would benefit from having self-service checkouts. Also, the last time I came here, I was looking for a particular product in one of the aisles and turned to see the security guard blatantly standing over and watching me, which was very uncomfortable!

  Terrible customer service. Never anyone on the tills (and very slow to get there when they see you waiting) and the pharmacist is always talking to friends instead of serving customers. Couldn't give me the most basic of advice and told me to go to the doctor instead. I'm sure my GP will love me making an appointment for basic advice on an over the counter product!

  Be careful with promotional prices. 2 for £x Playing with customers. If you look at the little letters you will see the word except ... and will be what you are taking.
