::Has had useless air conditioning for goodness knows how long. Turns into a sweat box in summer. It's interesting to see how it compares to waitrose next door who obviously try to take advantage of the upscale environment. Instead boots seems to run the store on a shoestring.

::Good store. I was really pleased to find it has instant photo printing too. The only downside is the width of the aisles. It's quite a tight space.

::Awesome location near to my hotel. Plus the pharmacist Basira is a delightful and hot person

::Good Boots for the essentials and right by the tube station. Slow checkout though.

::Being Black means you are automatically a criminal in this store. I walked in today with my 1 year old toddler in a stroller. A white male worker- white shirt, he may have been the manager kept trailing me around the store. It was so obvious I wanted to tell him that in Canada, I surely earn more than his racist arse! I sucked it up because it is common knowledge that these racists who stereotype are just poorly educated fools. If there was another store close by I would have shopped there, but I needed to buy my baby a sippy cup asap. A sad experience and I pity the blacks who have to endure this treatment in this store.
