  Horrible Service.Been waiting for a medicine home delivery. 6 days have passed and I still haven't got my medicine! Now I have NOT got any medicine!!! I had been calling for Hours on! I would not recommend this Boots store...If you're store is busy;as you told us on the phone,Why not have more staff Please Improve customer Service Just to add, I Many times have Reported or put a review on this store (Many) I cannot be stressed all the time!!!I am over 60-I cannot walk ALL the way to this store...Hope you will see this&Think about this.I have read all the bad reviews bout' this place I would agree with all of them!!Next day (Tuesday) I have been informed that it will be (The medicine) Coming this morning... But nothing has come...Now I have been waiting for this medicine for 7+ Days!! and this has also been happening for more months and months on.Next Few hours (4pm) I call them again, Urgently waiting for my needed medicine... Then this nice lady Tells us that it is coming About 6-9 PM.Finally the delivery came,A nice man gave it to us..But he forgot to let us sign It 😈😬😠

  I have never had such awful customer service.It was the attitude of the person serving me. This has happened to me time and time again, so I Have now given up shopping there.

  Well I was trying to spend around £150 with them for a course of rabies vaccinations for my Granddaughter but no one ever answers the phone. As I am 79 , I thought it best to give up before I snuffed it . I subsequently found another pharmacy ready and eager to take my cash . Boots won't worry about this or look into why no one answers calls ,they are far to big and important to worry about losing my business .

  I went in at lunchtime for some emergency contraception and went to the pharmacy to ask if I could get some. The lady behind the counter discreetly found me a consultant who, within 10 minutes, asked me the necessary questions and gave me the contraceptive pill. I felt looked after and at ease the whole time and it was done so swiftly I managed to have 20 minutes left of my lunch break. Fantastic, caring service and would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is apprehensive or nervous about approaching a potentially uncomfortable medical qualm.

  This review is for the Boots Opticians in Lion Yard. The service was exemplary, totally professional and truly above and beyond the call of duty. This store has customer service in its very DNA and can be relied upon to do the right thing for the patient regardless of price consideration. Keep up the good work Michael
