  Had an issue where I have been charged twice for product resulting in £20 being taken from my account. Manager Charlotte customer service appalling spoke down to me in front of my teenage son, no appologies on behalf company told me call customer service. Still not resolved and I will not tolerate such poor service unprofessional manager and no help at all.

  I rang before I got to the pharmacy in regards to a medication which they told me was in stock. Drove their 15mins later to pick it up only to be told they don't have it. All they could say was "we were mistaken" what kind of excuse is that. Complete waste of time and petrol. Did not like the way they spoke to me either. Better off going to some local pharmacy.

  Having called before I made a thirty minute bus drive to check they would be open at 22.00 on. Tuesday evening, found when I got here that they weren't and had to call them. Asked for exactly what I wanted, being a nurse I knew my symptoms and was dismissed as they decided I needed to see a GP....not helpful when you are visiting the country and don't have one! I wasn't even offered any kind of symptom relief. All I can say is that they need to up their game. Ridiculous service. Thank goodness for Asda nearby who were open and I could buy what I needed. Didn't need to see GP either. All symptoms subsided as I had thought. Well done Boots! Had expected more.
