I am not happy at all with my service!! I am the sort of person who is not good at taking pills. If they are too big I will struggle to take them so when I got to the counter and asked if I could have a wee look at how big the pills were the older genetlman was very rude! Saying things like "well they are not going to be horse tranquilizers" and was laughing at me which made me feel very uncomfortable and angry. This happened on the 17/08/2017 at around 8:30am it says I was served by Lynn on my receipt but I was served my an older gentleman. I will be taking my custom to another boots from now on as I should not be made to feel like this when I go into a shop!

Medium sized boots, which has a good sized pharmacy. Stocks the usual cosmetics, toiletries etc and is well spaced out to browse around. The real star is the lunch food options catering to the many office workers around Shandwick Place - good number of fridges stocked with the options that make up the Boots Meal Deal. I'm a real fan of the mean deal - if you pick wisely you can make really good savings and get a tasty lunch for a decent price. There are a small number of tills and at peak times there can be quite large queues - the Pharmacy counter can often be a bit quieter so head over there to pay.
