::Fairly big boots with boots opticians. Gets extremely busy on the weekends. Self checkouts help the queues along.

::great service by the optometrist and the sales assistant, however, very annoyed and feel hard done by because of their silly returns policy. could not cancel an order that i made within 24 hours because of a Bespoke Item order. The frame is standard and i understand that the lenses are bespoke. but no, they could not cancel the order and refund in any circumstance. basically stuck. oh well. lesson learned.
