  Knowledgeable staff, often have to wait. Repeat prescription service has gone downhill recently.

  Absolutely hopeless repeat prescription service. Boots fail every single month to get my repeat to me on time and when they do it can contain medications I haven't required for years. If you don't discover this error before you leave the store then the NHS will be charged for their mistake! Calling them to chase them up isn't much better, vague excuses, broken promises and a lack of communication between staff. When a text eventually arrives to let you know your prescription is ready it's usually too late for you to make it to the store before it closes. Don't take my word for it just ask the person in charge of repeat prescriptions at your doctor's surgery and I guarantee they too won't recommend using Boots as your preferred pharmacy either!

  I like it, maybe not each time because I know cheaper shop for same things with same quality ;) I like most make up, perfume things to get. ;)

  Really good shop to go to for toiletries and perfume and the other thing that is good is you can collect points and then spend them in store. You can also get your hearing checked and your eyes tested and also get your prescriptions from there.

  Staff are available. Easy to find what you are looking for. Ladies at the fragrance section ALWAYS helpful.
