  Worst optician ever. Got my eye test prescription wrong twice and my mum's too. Never again.

  Pretty appalling service. Sales staff desperately trying to up-sell lens coatings etc, rather ominously threatening that I will "definitely start getting headaches" if I don't buy them (despite my prescription only changing a very small amount, and having never suffered headaches from my glasses before). Such terrible sales technique it was almost funny. Complete lack of information on other options and lack of transparency on pricing structure. I was left with so little confidence that the sales assistant was able to advise me properly that (despite having paid the fee for an eye test) I decided to find another optician and start the whole process again. Would definitely not go back.

  Incompetent staff. No sense of urgency except for when they're hard selling things to you.
