  Nice customer service, fairly cheap products and they replace the rubber grips that always fall off my glasses. The store never seems crowded and is clean the only bad thing is when you don't give the exact price for something it takes them 5 minutes to go to the safe

  My wife received excellent service from Karen and Sharon. They are definitely a good double act, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this particular store to anyone seeking advice or considering purchasing glasses. Thank you for all your help.

  I changed to Boots Opticians as I was tired of all the hidden fees and charges of Specsavers. The staff are very helpful and friendly, I'd not been for an eye test for 5 years and so they tested my eyesight very thoroughly. The woman who dealt with my glasses was very clear on what I could have and what I would be charged for, but wasn't mandatory. I like the fact that they issue NHS vouchers of up to £50 as well. As a carer myself it's very nice to have some help when it comes to healthcare, especially glasses as they are expensive. Overall I would highly recommend them as an Opticians. Great service, good price for glasses and a very clean establishment.

  Fantastic personable and professional service. Immaculate and courteous staff with a deep knowledge of their job. Nice range of designer frames on display
