::Really disappointing I can't bring my dog in.it makes no sense when all the local food serving places even do so now, I can't leave her at home alone as she has separation anxiety, so have to get a dog sitter just to simply fill my prescription. A real inconvenience.

::I have been getting my prescription from this chemist for years over the last 5 months they never send a text to inform you your prescription is ready, they never order your prescription they forget to inform you that there may be a delay, they never answer the phone, whoever has now taken over is going to lose all faith from customers due to their lack of care. This is not a chemist that you can depend upon, they lack in every aspect of care. horrible service...

::I visited the pharmacy today to buy some non-prescription medication. Unfortunately nobody was manning the desk and all three pharmacists were behind the counter dealing with what I can only assume to be multiple complex prescriptions. We stood in a three-person deep queue for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement of our presence nor explanation for the delay. The queue steadily built up behind me, with elderly patients unable to sit down whilst they waited. When I was eventually served, the pharmacist was polite and helpful, but again did not acknowledge the extensive wait prior to this. I rarely review shops, but am passionate that this should be addressed.

::They are just brilliant. It's like having an extension of my doctor's surgery on my front door step. All of the staff are super helpful, sympathetic and empathetic. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and they have gone out of their way in the past to get me fast track prescriptions for my meds and explained side effects over the phone, etc etc. Wonderful - cannot praise them enough.

::On my last couple of orders via click & collect, I haven't received a text or e-mail to advise that my items had been delivered to store. Other than that, I'm happy with the products and customer service.
