  I haven't had a text message from them about when my prescription is ready i have tried phoning them and i only get the fax machine

  Useless- I get 30 mins lunch so nipped in to pick up cough mixture. The pharmacist was having their 60 mins lunch break, so nothing 'over the counter' could be purchased, not much help!

  Awful customer service is all I can really say about this place. I have been coming here for over three years collecting my repeat prescription and on the last two occasions I had to phone my doctors surgery to get it sent over. Phoning this place is a joke, they just put the phone down and leave it off the hook. The turn over of staff here tells me something isn't right, to start with it's very badly run without organisation. I won't be coming back here again. Avoid!

  Can be a bit slow in here. Also they don't have a great system for monitoring whether there are people waiting.

  Please tell me why this pharmacy is not open before people have to go to work/school. It's not exactly user friendly - people do get sick before 9am. Convenience for whom - the staff or the people they are supposed to be offering a service to!
