  Wasn't very happy.. Been going to this store since it opened. My last visit was a shambles. Things not priced, items in the wrong place.. Shambles

  I went in to exchange my Fitbit as there was a fault. I was dealt with Julie at the Riverside Nottingham Boots. I just want to say that Julie was an absolute delight!! She was friendly, professional & very helpful. I've worked in retail & this sort of genuine service is rare. Thank-you, Julie, for making my experience a pleasant one. Also, I went back to Boots a week later & Julie remembered me. How very lovely 😊
