  They are improving and trying hard. They are extremely busy nearly all the time. I've had bad service in the past, but that was then.

  Awful. Paid to have private vaccination. Place was an absolute mess, bins overflowing of boxes of medicine in consultation room, ran late, inconsistent in how they treated one customer to the next. Did not pass details on to doctors as they should - when chased up the pharmacy manager called me a liar and asked very random / insignificant questions and then told me information about their company which is incorrect - so worrying for a place you would put your health of yourself / your children. There are other Boots pharmacies in Norfolk which will do the same job with more professionalism so will use them next time

  Picked up my husbands prescription today, I asked twice if this was the only one they had in his name (as previously they have got it wrong.) they assured me that yes this was the only one. My husband arrived home late that eveing due to work, to discover they'd given us a medication which my husbands doctor had stopped prescribing over a month ago, and the much needed medication, that he had been out of for 2 days now, wasn't there. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Thankfully, it wasn't any vital medication. Just makes me wonder how many more people have the same problem. Dangerous.

  Waited 40 minutes for my prescription that should have been ready! Called before hand to check it was a private prescription which they tried to charge me more than what I pay my private clinic disgrace never will go again

  They have an instant customer base as they are on the premises of Postmill Surgery. There has been a refit.. there is now more standing room and more seats for the infirm to sit and wait in. I often drive into Wymondham town centre as it is quicker. We need another pharmacy license in Wymondham as it is a growing town.. Would love to see one in Morrisons supermarket just around the corner so there is at least some competition to raise levels of customer service and reduce waiting times.
