  Slowest pharmacy ever: I'm disabled, & can't stand still for long. Gave up after 10 minutes so that I could go outside and sit down before I was sick from pain. 3 staff attending to same customer. Lady ahead said she'd been waiting 30 mins for them to do her prescription.

  Signage could be a lot better. Never any staff to ask

  There's a nasty attendant at the NYX cosmetics counter, who deliberately walked off while my partner asked for an item and stayed gone. We had to get someone from the Clinique counter to help us. I would say she was racist, but she might just be an obnoxious, horrible person. We later saw her at the Starbucks outside. She knew what she'd done so she quickly ran back. Boots shouldn't be employing people like this. It makes people uncomfortable. You should really vet those you employ. For that reason, I'm giving 1 star. Thank you.

  Normal boots, although we're particular helpful when I picked up parcels just before Christmas. They took all the rubbish so I could pack them easily in my luggage.

  The staff are friendly but the layout isn't great when I'm using my manual wheelchair. There's a lift from the street that is only for use out of hours for the surgery. Instead I have to go up a slope in the shopping centre which is hard on my arms. When it's busy I also find it difficult to move around without hitting others.
