  UNHELPFUL/RUDE STAFF I spent 30 min in the Opticians part of the store and never got acknowledged! All I wanted is a pair of sun glasses as part of their 2nd pair half price offer. I spent 20 min choosing a pair of glasses, kept trying to make eye contact with the staff who kept ignoring me. I then went at the counter and waited for another 10min with the same results! I do understand the staff was busy but surely ignoring customers isn't the right attitude? Quite ironic that Boots Opticians can't see their customers don't you think?

  Thank you Christina! I absolutely loved the service that I got today. Christina was friendly, chatty and very knowledgeable about all Clinique products. I was given very professional service and it was lovely to have someone spend time making sure you get the right products for your skin. Too often service is rushed and you don’t feel properly looked after, but that wasn’t the case with Christina, who even stopped for a chat! I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Christina for anyone who is looking to invest in Clinique products that will really work on their skin. Thank you for the great advice, service and all round experience!

  A large spacious store with a wide selection of products in the health and beauty range. Staff are friendly and polite.

  Standard boots store. Good selection of Beauty and body products. Good that they have self service area, as it speeds things up a lot. Good prices. Don't forget your boots card! Points make prizes 😁
