  Good place to stop by, and have something to eat whilst browsing Cowley shopping centre. Just in the middle of the shops square. Plenty of seats. Good food, good selection of cakes for breakfast and few options for the English breakfasts as well. Un buon posto dove fermarsi e mangiare qualcosa mentre si passeggia per il centro commerciale Cowley. Proprio nel mezzo della piazza dei negozi. Un sacco di posti. Buon cibo, buona selezione di torte per colazione e anche varie opzioni per la colazione inglese.

  We asked to have coffee given in different mug and we were asked if we want to have it filled to the top with milk, to which we gladly agreed. Eventually we got a half full mug so I asked if this can be filled up (I meant with water, but they offered milk themselves). The lady that was not in inform (her name is Ida or Aida) seemed to have so many issues with our request, even tho she was the one to offer milk... in the end I said that they can just refund me and we’ll go elsewhere, she stormed off and started shouting at other staff member in front of us all saying ‘next time something like that happens...’ I felt like I was a burden for them even though i’m A paying customer... oh well...

  A lovely place to sit and have lunch. Great food and lovely staff who go out of their way to help. Would certainly recommend this cafe.

  Food is excellent, customer service is brilliant. Very positive attitude and extremely helpful, lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again.

  Things have really improved here, lovely refurbishment and a new manager, Mandy, who clearly has a passion for customer service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and the food and drinks great quality. Highly recommended!
