  I regularly use this post office and find it convenient and friendly, they also sell lovely cards.

  Scruffy place - the people behind the counters are obnoxious, rude and disinterested. They often only provide the highest price for posting parcels too. They are not retailers and the place offers very little apart from overpriced greetings cards. Avoid.

  I totally agreed with all previous negative reviews. The worse service I've ever had. Manager is very rude and counter staffs are making mistakes and unhelpful and unexperienced!!! It will not be surprise if this store is closing down in near future, I'd rather drive miles away to post a parcel but never come to this shop again, waste time and waste money here!! If you can, go up to Cumnor POs or Walton Street POs or St Aldates POs, but never come to this store!

  The current staff, who've been here for many months now, are wonderfully cheerful and helpful and measuring up very well to the friendly man who greets us by the entrance.

  I read the reviews here before using the post office. I have used it twice now and every time, the staff were very polite and incredibly helpful. In one instance when they couldn't help me, they recommended a number of other sites where I could find the service I sought. I applaud their professionalism and friendliness and will certainly be going back in the future.
