Your company failed to deliver my flowers needed for Valentine's day although I was told by your staff on the phone that there was guaranteed delivery for Valentine’s Day (paid extra for guaranteed delivery) your company failed to deliver the flowers to DPD, which is absolutely appalling and similar to a scam. When speaking to your unhelpful and clearly untrained staff your staff member, ‘NINA ‘told me, “There is nothing she can do about this” ( Nothing she can do about your company NOT sending the flowers and stealing my money) this is not customer service at all when her role is clearly customer service staff. Furthermore, I requested to speak to the manager 5 times and was told then by ‘Naomi that I would get a call back - I strongly advised her that she should keep me on hold until I was able to be put into contact with the manager she then said it is not possible to put me on hold and hung up the phone. Again, after calling 8 times now and being told nonsense I was finally told that I would be issued a refund and an email would be sent at the end of the day confirming this, I HAVE FAILED TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL with conformation of my refund. I have looked online and seen you have over 10 complaints in regard to your company failing to deliver flowers on Valentine’s Day. You have ruined many poor people’s Valentine’s Day, including mine this company should be ashamed of its self. It has been made clear to me that this company is clearly a scam.
