  Staff were excellent and we found all we needed at a reasoable price. However we were very disappointed to find that there are no longer any customer toilets. When we visit the store we often spend quite a long time choosing items, but the absence of a toilet will make us consider going elsewhere.

  Bad experience this time. Lawn mowers all up on a shelf and impossible to look at properly,and very limited selection. Composters £10 overpriced. Went to Homebase.

  Company treats its employees like they're disposable robots, fired someone I know because he was ill more than three times in a year. Don't know if management realises but people get ill when they get ill, sickness is crazy like that. The people who work for this place rely on the money to survive that income being taken away for something you can't control is unfair. I wouldn't support a company that behaves like that

  Had to return a number of over ordered kitchen parts today , had lots of receipts and very confusing but the staff were extremely patient, especially taelor ! Thank you

  Nice, well stocked store. However the car park is a mess, needs resurfacing asap. Hence the 3 star rating.
