  Not what it used to be. These days there's usually only one till open and the choice is nowhere near what it was. Staff seem very lacklustre and don't seem to have much knowledge of the products they are selling. Back in the day B&Q was the place to go but they seem to have lost their way somewhat. Take note guys or you'll end up going the way of Homebase.

  Offer prices not shown on shelves ? Stanley storemaster £9.74 each website says 2 for £12 , till op tried to charge £19.48 !! Don't think so had to show staff and supervisor website pricing before getting at £12 . How many more people getting conned ?? Do your homework and check website 1st could save you some money!

  Amazing service from Carly and jim at the neatmarket store this Morning. Both actually stayed with me and took me to the relevant department's, and suggested alternative tools and materials, very tactfully, without making me feel an idiot, which was greatly appreciated, as I obviously didn't have a clue. With this confidence I could get help, I asked about other projects I needed to do, and got the tools and information to carry them out, jobs I have now put off for three years as have not known how to do them. Invaluable help. Thank you so much, they deffinatley deserve much praise.
