::A very large B and Q witha good selection of items. It can get very busy. Staff not that attentive and even at quieter times it can be dofficult to get some one to help. It often has good offers dotted around. The paints section is very good. Items can be checked online as to whether they are in stock or not but it is not always that reliable. The quality of products is very good.

::I think the customer Services should be improved. As many of the times I go there . It’s like you are in the wonder land . So many good thinks to BUY BUT NEVER SOMEONE TO HELP A SINGLE QUESTION IF YOU NEED SO. Basically a very luck of staff to help the customer choose the right product. They need a lot of improvement if they really want make the customer comeback or satisfied. Plz look around!!!!!!-;( Customer service it’s all about a good service not only about good products. I If you don’t sell it !!! How supposed you get paid??? Sorry but this all fact . The management should be a bit more attention to detail.

::Customer service is non existent in this store!!!! My tap has been leaking non stop went into b & q on a Friday asked for assistance and the employee was honest enough to say his not sure about products relating to plumbing he as asked his colleague to help me who rolled his eyes and said “you know I f**king know nothing about plumbing!” I Didn’t say anything possibly out of shock but did ask who can help me? I was told to return on Saturday after 11:30 as the best employee with plumbing experience can help. Saturday- The same rude employee was doodling about in the Isle when I asked for help he said his busy serving someone else and will be 30 minutes. I asked another employee who took me to the correct isle and said the person I needed to speak with was Johan. I was told he was on his break and would be back in 15 minutes I left and returned to the store. When I returned Johan was unhelpful is the politest word I have!!!!! I explained that I needed a washer for my tap bought the part and his response was we don’t have any! I asked exactly what part it was as he was trying to walk away and he said the white part. I left with much disgust as I find this level of customer service appalling!!!!! From the start to finish I felt like I was pestering! Don’t waste your time!!! I still don’t know what I’m looking for and according to YouTube tutorials the part I needed is in store from what I previously saw..... I won’t be returning to B&Q! I would rather make the journey further to another competitor!!!! I’d rather not give any stars to this store!!! One star is very Generous.
