  For a Monday morning their was a lack of staff. Queuing at the checkout as only one was open then having to wait for someone to load my car. Not good

  Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection of everything you could possibly need from home diy to trade levels of equipment!

  Went expecting to buy 18 down lights, 2 wall lights , 3 toilets, bathroom suites etc. Came away with one small light bulb. Absolutely no choice.

  What is going on with the carpark layout? When driving in, it feels like you have to drive half way to Truro before an about turn back to the store. When leaving, it's not all that obvious either, it's like they want to trap you in there and buy all of the paint samples and chipboard. Other than that, the store is fine and the staff are nice - I probably would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the utter labyrinth carpark
