::Finding an orange monkey to talk to is hard enough but finding one that understands the products they're selling is not possible here. After being passed from pillar to post I'm stood waiting for 15 minutes without anyone actually bringing my goods in from the yard as promised. Hey ho. At least someone will have to do some work when they have to put my trolley load of stuff back on the shelves. Completely useless

::Service seems a bit hit and miss here. The shop floor team are incredible. The garden centre is really nice. The selection is huge. Everything you could possibly need. I called once to discuss wardrobes. They do plans and modular ones. They advised someone would call me back to make an appointment. They didn't. This happened twice more so we went in. When we did we were told someone would be with us shortly, but not who or where we should wait. People kept walking up to us and then going odd a different way. One lady asked if we were her appointment, when we said no she tutted and walked off. Eventually a lovely lady sat and looked at our wardrobes with us. I was quite disappointed as I would have liked to have considered them but the service was so bad. The rest of the shop was great, and always is, but the design centre needs a bit more organisation.

::Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received from what was meant to be the manager. Shocking service on the phone and do not care about the customers whatsoever. Will NOT be shopping in this B&Q again... Applauding, a 3rd generation family member turning their back on this place.

::Standing by the customer help desk in plumbing for 5 minutes while a member of staff was looking at a computer screen i ask if she would be long, i was told she was busy filling out a order. Would have be nice to be told this when i arrived. You know sorry sir im going to be tied up for a bit. And i could have (a) waited (b) got on with something else. But to be ignored was rude... anyway the coffee is good in the b&q cafe

::I tend to use this B&Q store all the time. They seem to have good offers on and more choice when compared to the other store 4 miles away. The staff are friendly and polite. The outside garden centre has plenty of options and they also have a trade section. Recently purchased some gloss paint, LED bathroom lights and pine doors.
