  Good variety of goods and good customer service too. Reasonal prices for goods. Have been a customer last 10 years for all sorts of diy products. Not disappointed with any product yet. Good paint selection. Sure to find the shade you are looking for. Nice selection of garden plants too.

  Clean tidy and easy accessible car park. Trolleys available inside. Store clean and tidy. Staff polite pleasant and helpful.

  If you want to be served in tradepoint by a drunk man, then this store is for you. Plus while you wait 20min to be served by your Drunk person, you can freeze your butt off because the doors dont close. Lovely customer service, if the computers were working for once!

  Helpful, friendly staff. Ordered 6 internal doors to be delivered. Paid. When I got back home had a call from them to say they only actually had 1 of the doors and couldn't supply the others. Just regular white 6 panel, bog standard, cheapish internal doors. So wasted my time. Still, the assistant was pleasant enough. Shame he couldn't tell me at the time I purchased the doors. Now I have to get a refund and source the remaining 5 doors elsewhere. Bit of a faff really.
