  A huge store with easy parking and acceptability. Friendly helpful staff. Not the cheapest DIY store around, but a massive range of goods available. Used this place many times.

  Usually have what I need. Sometimes difficult to find but staff always helpful. Even better value for diamond club on Wednesday.

  I was looking for a drill one member of staff was only interested in one brand the other member didn't have much idea walked away without a drill

  Very helpful staff who know their product range. If they haven't got what you need in stock they are more than willing to order it for you or search on Internet to help you find it.

  Very helpful staff and no waiting at the checkout. Offered to arrange assistance to get my purchase to my car without me asking. We'll done B&Q
