  Wrongly priced gas fire. Waited ages at the till until someone from Building arrived. Ordered fire from ebay. Poor service.

  I've been to the store 2 times in the past month and I can't get the things that I am looking for in stock went to screwfix across the way and got everything in there go to screwfix better service

  Worse experience of my life I returned stuff worth of £1200.00 5 months ago still waiting for my money very soon I will call police for this and file a case against b&q 😡😡😡
