  Usually pretty stocked up on most DIY Home items, staff tend to wonder round though when you have a query they rarely know and need top find out for you then spend best part of 30 mins trying to track and pin a manager down who does. apart from this has mre stock than Cardiff stores IMHO and staff are friendlier.

  Standard b and q but i always think a lot of there stuff is overpriced and with Wickes down the road would normally go there to get what i needed cheaper 9 times out of 10

  I want to give more..i spend from 5 to 400 every week.. i hate wicks but will have to bite the bullet as i will not be useing bnq after today. Your branches are not up to what they say . such as Bridgend and Pontypridd. West gate.. The customer service and stock checks are diar.. . I do not enjoy walking all the way around to find that they can not be bothered to stock up.. I do not have that sort of time. 👎

  I had to ask three staff members were I could find door mats !! not what I would call good staff training!

  Oh yah the shopping experience is top notch. Although was harassed by a bloke in the toilet, he said he had a bag big enough for us to both step into whatever that meant
