  One the better B&Q Stores I've visited. Its a larger store with a good range of products and the store is well layed out. Pretty much the usual offers and pricing is reasonable. There is ample free parking as well.

  At B&Q CARLISLE Branch, you get the best sales service from Stella on the trades deck than any shop I've ever shopped in, she's so helpful and willing she's a great asset To B&Q CARLISLE SO IF YOU ARE SHOPPING AT B&Q AND NEED HELP ASK FOR Stella she's fantastic 100% pleasure to shop there with her HELP at hand.   Nice place to visit and buy things for your house and garden. But in terms of delivery of a shed is not good idea. Parts of the shed are not in good condition as I took a photo of it and some are wet and damp after they delivered to us. I think it should be check and keep it dry if they going to deliver. The instruction is not good guidelines unless you do it by your instincts. After we inform our concerns to them as we bought another 2nd shed from them to deliver. It's still the same experience. Very disappointed for 2nd time around.

  B & Q have masses of filled hanging baskets and empty ones so you can plant your own. Not one bracket to hang them from in the entire store. After wasting ages trying to find them, asked a member of staff and was told "we did'nt get any". I guess like all the other customers i will have to put my hanging baskets on the ground. Why the 5 stars? Because the staff are excellent, and its not their fault.
