  Staff are so unhelpful. Just watched me struggle at till while they stood around chatting with security than offer to help. When I did ask for help was just told that was all they had without even checking. Then I had to beg some one to show me where to find what I was looking for. Awful service from many staff.

  Visited this morning to buy 3 white goods...Fridge Freezer and Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer...nobody to serve us.....we asked at desk....waited but still no one came....then 3 assistants came and talked to each other about various domestic issues but totally ignored us even failing to acknowledge us...so we came home and bought online for 700 pounds...obviously B&Q dont need the business!!

  I have just had a kitchen plan with Natalie. It was really good and she was so helpful and honest with me. Explained options and we discussed finance. She printed out the plan and let me have a copy. I was very pleased with my visit today.
