  The way This Store manager Paul treated a good employee, my son Alex is disgusting. They sacked him for being off with a serious virus. Hope the TRADE POINT CUSTOMERS that see this take note. I had to go and get my Sons paperwork off the disciplinary meeting which wasnt in order and the STORE MANAGER was very intimidating and virtually pushed me out the door. Having been a B&Q customer and also an ex employee myself I am totally DISGUSTED with this man Pauls Manner .

  Husband ordered 2 rolls of roofing felt online click and collect showing 14 in stock, money was taken at 10.09am told to collect after 11.30am at 11.20am he is informed it is out of stock and money has been refunded. What system is that will not shop at B&Q again. Very disappointing.

  I like Band Q st helens because the staff are very helpfully. I bought my lawn for ten pounds how brilliant is that !!!!!!** I would also like to add that there is a fantastic member of staff in the electric department called Jason who completely went out of his way to help me with some light fittings !!!!! On Friday 20 th B and Q are very lucky to be employing somebody like Jason.

  A lady called jools went out of her way in helping us to find a bathroom sink that we specifically wanted. It was hidden away on a top shelf and she searched high and low until she found it! . Brilliant staff member who was really helpful!!!
