  I have suffered with migraines from young age, a friend suggested that I try acupuncture as an alternative means of relief. Since Laura started treating me the headaches have decreased considerably in frequency and intensity. Laura has also treated me for eczema and it has helped me to make it manageable. Her knowledge and capacity to make you feel at ease make her a person one can trust. I would definitely recommend Laura.

  I have seen Laura for massage and Acupuncture. She worked wonders on my persistant ankle pain and stiffness after a walking accident. If its for stress, headaches or aches and pains, Laura is fantastic.

  I have been visiting Andy for about 5 years now as I used to work near the centre. He was recommended to me by a colleague. I have problems with my shoulders and legs both from sitting at a desk all day and for my passion in running. Andy’s massage technique is amazing and makes me feel fantastic for days afterwards. He is firm but adapts his style to suit the person. He just understands what you need and want through his personable and passionate style. I have tried other local masseuse’s but always come back to Andy. Also he is great value for money, but that is just an extra advantage. Try for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

  It is the best place for massage, not only in SE1 but in London! The stuff is very nice and friendly. Besides massage I also had some Yoga lessons with Andy which helped me to relax even more and a few Acupuncture sessions with Simon that helped stopped a pain I had in my shoulder. Great place and value for money - Highly recommended.
